A think tank led by retired Virginia Commonwealth University President Eugene P. Trani has settled on the theme for its first study — the drivers of regional success — and released a list of its donors.
“We’re off and running,” Trani said yesterday after a meeting of the board of directors for Richmond’s Future, which is being set up to explore critical issues for the region.
